We specialize in tile masterpieces at Custom Expressions. Every floor we lay and every tile we touch is done with an attitude of the true craftsman. Serving in your home is an honor and a privilege. Tile is an art. We treat both as such.
Tile is a finish in your home that should withstand the test of time. This means that you should like what you have, and it should be installed in a manner that keeps it that way. We are proud members of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA).
We start with the appropriate substrate and prep materials for your project. This includes proper waterproofing, floor leveling, crack isolation underlayment, and more.
We then install your tile with correct mortars. There are many different materials that require different mortar types, and we only use ones that are at or above industry standards according to the TCNA (Tile Council of North America).
Our tile installation is also done with spacers that not only address the horizontal intersection between tiles, but also address lippage. This means that even with large format rectified tile, our installs have virtually no shadows, sharp edges or uneven tiles.
We finish off the installation with a variety of grout choices, including grouts that are virtually stain-proof and never need sealing. We even have glitter colored and iridescent grouts!
